Day 1: Green Gold Eco-Lodge

Day one takes a bit with the logistics involved, so you'll be happy to have your feet land in the small Caribbean town of Parismina and then your short hike to Green Gold Eco-Lodge. Dinner and breakfast are included with a stay here.

Day 2: Casa Tamandua

Casa Tamandua offers camping for 5,000 colones ($10 approximately) with access to bathrooms and wifi.

Day 3: Campamento Nairi Awari

Day 4: Finca Tres Equis

For camping, Finca Tres Equis has a camping platform that's located before you cross to the main part of the farm. You will need to bring your own equipment. Combining Stages 3 and 4 is suggested by the Mar and Mar and works well with the 14 day itinerary. Your indigineous guide will take you past the cable cart crossing the Pacuare River and all the way to Finca Tres Equis

Day 13: Esquipulas Rainforest

Esquipulas is a beautiful location and offers camping. If you're looking for an alternate option to Esquipulas, very close by is Aguas de Tarrazú which has very basic camping for 10,000 colones a night, but you must bring your own equipment and food.
